Denim Manifestation | Creative Direction & Modeling

This shoot was more than just an exercise in self-photography—it was a manifestation. I wanted to step into the role I envisioned for myself, treating this project as if it were already a campaign. With my significant other behind the camera, I took on both creative direction and modeling, crafting a concept that placed denim at the forefront.

Collaboration, Direction & Set Design

Beyond modeling and directing, I also handled the set design, ensuring the space complemented the focus on denim. I kept the background minimal and raw, allowing the fabric's rich textures and silhouettes to stand out. Working alongside my significant other, I directed the composition, angles, and framing to ensure the imagery felt polished yet effortless. Every pose and placement was intentional, reinforcing the campaign-like feel I aimed to create.

Concept & Execution

The idea was simple: highlight denim in a clean, intentional way. I styled myself in classic jeans, using both my body and carefully placed folded denim to emphasize the fabric’s versatility and timeless appeal. The focus remained on structure, texture, and how denim moves with the body, allowing the material to take center stage.

Manifestation Turned Reality

What started as a personal project quickly became something bigger. Just a few months after this shoot, I was hired for a Levi’s campaign—one that not only brought my vision to life but also placed my images in stores. This project was proof of the power of stepping into your aspirations, treating them as real before they even happen.
